Smelting & Casting (Cast Aluminum): A high temperature furnace melts the aluminum and then casts it into a mold to form the shape of the door. For iron doors, the premium iron is machined and formed.

I. Raw Material Inspection
Plates: Check if the thickness and size meet the standards, test physical properties like strength and hardness, and inspect the appearance for cracks, scratches, and deformations.
Hardware accessories: Verify that the brand and model match the order, test strength, durability, and flexibility, and inspect the surface for no rust or scratches.
II. Inspection during Production
Cutting: Check for accurate size and correct angle.
Welding: Inspect for firm welding with no false or missed welds, and a uniform and aesthetic weld seam appearance.
Surface treatment: Check if the process complies with requirements, test adhesion and corrosion resistance, and inspect the appearance for no sagging, blistering, or color differences.
III. Finished Product Inspection
Dimensions: Measure height, width, thickness, etc. to meet the standards and check the diagonals for squareness.
Appearance: Inspect for a flat and smooth surface with no scratches or dents, uniform color without significant color differences, and smooth and aesthetic decorative lines.
Performance: Test sound insulation, insulation, fire resistance, etc., check for flexible opening and closing without jamming or abnormal noises, and inspect that locks and hardware accessories work properly.
IV. Packaging Inspection
Packaging materials: Check for compliance in quality and suitable size to wrap the products.
Packaging methods: Inspect for shockproof and moisture-proof measures and no damage or deformation in appearance.
Labels: Check for clear and accurate labels on the packaging containing product information.
